Privacy notice
A short privacy notice, because there is not much to say.
This site is a static brochure. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking scripts.
What this site collects
Nothing on its own. The pages are static files served by our hosting provider, which keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and capacity purposes and deletes them on its normal schedule.
Fonts
Type is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which sees your IP address in that request. Google’s Fonts privacy note describes what it keeps.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” buttons open a Google Calendar booking page operated by Google. Anything you enter there is handled under Google’s terms and shared with us only as a calendar invitation. The short form on this site stores your name, work email and topic in a database we run on Cloudflare, in order to reply to you, and sends one notification email to our own mailbox at [email protected] so we see it promptly. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled it checks the submission is not automated; Cloudflare’s privacy policy covers that check. Submissions are deleted on request.
If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete it on request.
Your rights and contact
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to any use of it, by emailing [email protected]. Ideally Us is based in Hong Kong and handles personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
